CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

SPIN

This is an intense low impact cardio workout. Get the feeling of riding a bike while jamming to upbeat music. Spin climbs, sprints, and jumps! That's what it's all about!

BARRE

This class is a mixture of Pilates, yoga, and functional training while listening to motivating music! You'll use Barre and exercise equipment such as mini balls and weights to sculpt, slim, and stretch your entire body!

TOTAL BODY WORKOUT

This class involves both strength and light cardio exercises. We will utilize a mix of free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, and more to build and tone muscle! It is suited for beginner to a fitness fanatic as you set the bar for how hard you want to push!

WAKE UP & WORKOUT

Low impact cardio, strength training, and stretching. Get your day started with this great workout!

FIT & FUN

CHAIR YOGA

Chair yoga gives you all the health benefits that a normal yoga practice does. The benefits include muscle toning, reduced stress levels, better breathing habits, better sleep and an overall sense of well-being.
